Another Egg Hunt!

Some students at URI put on an egg hunt at their farm. It was a terrific event, lush with eggs and an animal tour after.

Continuing to scour...

Another plentiful harvest!!

Presenting Mom with a flower

Morgan's friend Flat Stanley to the ocean. Morgan was going to get a wave right over his shoes, when I scooped him at the last second. Do you know what that means?? My shoes got soaked. Parents have to make sacrifices, that's just how it is.

Egg Hunt

The Exeter Library hosted an Egg Hunt. Morgan prepared by looking at dinosaurs on the computer. I told him that the eggs in the hunt would be slightly smaller than the eggs of dinosaurs.

Slightly? Slightly! HAHAHA! Good one Dad!

At the start, waiting for the 'Ok'

And they're off!

Snatch and grab!

Pleased with the score.

Cracking the eggs to reveal the treasures

Candy or a toy?

He's still not a fan of large costumed things. It took about 10-15 minutes to get to this point.

Take that Easter Bunny!!

Our Little Patriot

Morgan assembled the following backdrop out of some flags from Missy's parents.

St. Pat's Parade in Mystic

Missy's boss had an idea to hula hoop in Mystic's St. Patrick's Day Parade. We all got dressed up and did it! For the most part Morgan rode in a truck, for a brief period he walked and handed out candy.

The parade is over and his eyes are getting HEAVY.

Out!

Slumping...

Tossed to the other side.

Transferred inside.

Who is that masked duo??

Can Anyone Lend A Hand?

Or two?

Morgan has a little tent that is like the Little Tykes 'Cozy Coupe'. It became his primary sleep spot for quite awhile. Eventually he outgrew it.

Out flying a kite on a windy day in March.

Here's a shot with the kite. Morgan made it at school.

Then he got tired from kite flying and took a break in the castle tower.

Where he watched me fly the kite.

For What It's Worth

I had planned to do some picture posts this week, but I didn't sync the camera before I sent it to Chicago with Missy. I had been looking thru the pics recently and there's pics from St. Patrick's Day on there...ugh, I'm terrible.

Dog Days

It's HOT. Furthermore, I'm off work this week and daycare is closed as well. Since Morgan and I don't have our normal air conditioned escapes, we're hanging around the house as clothing minimalists (underwear only). Then the doorbell rang...
